Join Us for Our First Project
Dec. 20th at Hurt Park // Cover the Streets- Atlanta
Our first project is focused on keeping the homeless in Atlanta warm over the cold winter coming up. We have asked people to donate SOCKS, blankets/comforters primarily, but also are accepting warm clothing and cash donations. We won’t be able to cover the streets of Atlanta without the generous time and effort from volunteers, however, so if you would like to help, please register by clicking the button below. Flipped Home Initiative knows that strength not only lies in our words, but in our actions as well. We started this organization in 2016 after years of experience with multiple other charitable efforts in hopes to help make people in any situation feel content, confident, and able to smile. The name itself is a metaphor; we're not actually flipping houses. Rather, everyone's life is a home and we are trying to improve each and every one. Whether it be by protecting the homeless from the cold or supporting teenagers facing depression, there are many ideas and projects we hope to initiate as we continue to live lives focused on service and compassion. Our hope is that Flipped Home Initiative inspires action, serves hundreds of thousands, and strengthens communities. We’re driven by a firm belief in the power of humanity, and we will do anything it takes to make an impact.
